Consultation - Free
Consultation is the first step towards fixing your problems! Consultation can be done over the phone, by email, or in person, depending on your preference. The goal is to discuss what problems your computer is facing, what we can do to fix it, and answer any questions you may have for us.
In-Home Work - $75/hour
This service covers any work we perform on-site in a home. From new network installations to on-site computer support, it's covered under this charge. 1 hour minimum charge.
In-Shop Work - $70/hour
This service covers any and all troubleshooting and repairs on devices taken back to our office to work on. This applies to cases where it just may be more convenient for you to drop off the device with us rather than have us make a house call. Replacement parts and equipment will be additional costs. 1 hour minimum charge.
In-Business Work - $90/hour
This service covers any work we perform on-site for a business. From new network and system installations, to on-call tech support, it’s covered under this charge. 1 hour minimum charge.
